Vorsicht mit NSAR bei Patienten mit Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen
Die nichtsteroidalen Antirheumatika (NSAR) sind ein bedeutender Pfeiler der Schmerztherapie. Doch die inhomogene Wirkstoffklasse birgt besonders für Patienten mit Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen kardiovaskuläre Risiken, wie Professor Dr. Christian Schmied vom HerzGefässZentrum Im Park in Zürich erläuterte.

Unter der Therapie mit NSAR kann es z.B. zu Herzinsuffizienz und renaler Hypertonie kommen.
